Family, children and teens 

Working with your hands develops fine moter and problem solving skills whilst developing creativity and use of imagination. Explore a range of fun sessions for all the family and sessions to support and develop budding young potters.

Children's clay club runs one Sunday a month.

Teens clay days run during school holidays and family sessions run several times a month with additional sessions being added during school holidays

Children's clay club

A fun filled, teacher led children's pottery club session focusing on hand building skills. This 1.5 hour session will allow children to build on their fine motor skills to gain knowledge and confidence when working with clay whilst socialising with their peers.

Teens clay days 

Spend a creative day getting hands-on with clay in this fun ceramics workshop designed especially for teenagers. You’ll learn the basics of shaping, building, and decorating your own ceramic pieces while experimenting with different techniques and tools.

Sessions are available during half term and school holidays

Family hand building session 

A fun family pottery session for adults and children where all of the family can make and create together!

Family wheel throwing session

Designed for complete beginners to experience wheel throwing as a family, it’s a great way to try the wheel in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Children's one to one wheel throwing 

A teacher led children's pottery session focusing on throwing on the potters wheel. This 1 hour session will allow children to build on their fine motor skills to gain knowledge and confidence when working with clay on the wheel.
